| Actor and Teacher (and apparently a Belgian Shepherd or maybe a Chesapeake Bay Retriever*) If I could choose a symbol for my life and career it would be a circle. I came to New York City to study theater and acting at the renowned Circle In The Square Theatre Professional Workshop, 50th Street and Broadway. Circle's two-year program launched me into acting where I have been seen on all levels, off-off Broadway, off-Broadway and on Broadway, as well as regionally. In 1996, I returned as a teaching artist to Circle In The Square, where I am currently on faculty. I joined the permanent faculty in 2002. What I have found is that my acting informs my teaching and my teaching informs my acting. I have come full circle. In recent years I have expanded my teaching into the Public Speaking arena helping actors and non-actors alike. You'll find more about my very personal Public Speaking Coaching by clicking on its tab in the upper left column. I hope in these pages you will come to know me as the actor you should hire for stage or film. I hope you will come to know me as the teacher and coach you need for your next audition, scene or role. Or come to know me as the coach you need for your next business or Public Speaking presentation. Click on the tabs on the upper left to find out more. And as you explore, click on the photos for a larger view. *for some reason when I first played this game, I found out I am, in my heart of hearts, a Belgian Shepherd (left). But a recent review of the facts reveals that I am a Chesapeake Bay Retriever (right). Try it for yourself, then come right back here. http://www.gone2thedogs.com |
